The term "Custom Processing" means that you bring your fish to Tonka,
and we will make it into any of the products below. We can do almost
anything the customer wants, and we do it in a timely manner. We offer
the options below as standard, but have been asked to add salsa, or
garlic, or special oil, or to process without salt
. Well, you get the
idea it means what the customer wants done with his fish, the
customer gets!
Average processing time is 1-3 days for smoking and fresh packaging. Canning is sometimes longer.

Shipping
We carry 8 different sizes of shippers: both waxed fish boxes and
insulated foam boxes. We can arrange shipping for your fish products
anywhere in the US. We will box for you to take with you on the ferry
or the airlines.
Hunters!
We custom process deer, moose, elk, or bear, into smoked jerky, smoked
sausage or will make hamburger. For your game birds we have an
excellent smoking process as well.
